Modern engineering projects require structural components capable of surviving intense stress, extreme thermal gradients, and corrosive environments. As a leading Investment Casting Manufacturer & Exporter, we provide vertical integration: from high-grade raw alloy manufacturing to precision post-casting CNC machining. While simple casting methods introduce volumetric defects and surface flaws, our lost-wax (investment) processes deliver dimensional repeatability, near-net-shape accuracy, and fine surface finishes that minimize secondary processing.
By implementing a highly automated investment casting approach, we reduce raw material waste by up to 45% compared to traditional forging and sand casting. The integration of high-purity chemical bases (like SUS316L, 4140, and custom carbon formulations) guarantees isotropic mechanical behaviors, giving engineers confidence in structural safety factors.
Industrial procurement teams navigate challenges in alloy consistency, dimensional tolerances, and environmental compliance. Our production framework addresses these issues by using virgin metals and certified alloying agents. Whether exporting 316L stainless steel pipes for petrochemical facilities or providing 4140 alloy steel bars for machinery manufacturing, our metallurgists check grain structures and chemical composition at every stage of production.
How we achieve dimensional accuracy and structural reliability in every casting batch.
Every casting run starts with precise mold designs. Using advanced finite element analysis (FEA) and mold flow simulation, our engineers identify shrinkage paths and cooling zones to eliminate potential defects before wax injection.
Automated injection machines produce clean wax patterns, which are then assembled onto gating systems. We apply multiple layers of high-grade refractory slurry and silica sands, creating a durable ceramic mold shell.
Autoclaves remove the wax without cracking the ceramic shell. The molds are then pre-heated and filled with molten alloys under precise temperature and atmosphere controls, minimizing oxidation and gas inclusion.
Once cooled, castings undergo specific thermal processing (annealing, normalizing, quenching, or tempering) to optimize mechanical properties. CNC centers then machine critical dimensions to tolerances within +/- 0.005mm.
Engineered infrastructure serving clients across heavy industries globally.
We work with carbon steels, stainless steel grades (304, 316, 309S), and custom alloy combinations to meet challenging chemical and mechanical specs.
Our in-house CNC facility handles milling, turning, drilling, and tapping, providing ready-to-assemble components to your assembly lines.
Every casting run undergoes thorough inspection, including spectrochemical analysis, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and CMM checks.

Learn MoreFor the steel industry, customer care is not just quality control, on-time delivery and offering good price, but also adding value through the services we provide. We work with customers to continuously improve steel quality to help customers obtain more efficient and effective manufacturing processes. HEIBEI CAMPFIRE Steel Co., Ltd. is also the only company that promises to take back products if they are not up to standard. We have been engaged in export trade for more than 20 years and have rich experience in this field.
Our production processes meet ASTM, DIN, EN, JIS, and BS standards. When casting key carbon steel and stainless steel alloys, maintaining composition control is critical for preventing issues like hydrogen embrittlement and intergranular corrosion.
For our stainless steel profiles, including 304L and 316L grades, we use low-carbon profiles (carbon max 0.03%) to prevent carbide precipitation during welding. This is critical for parts operating in corrosive chemical and marine environments. Our SAE 4140 alloy steel bars are quenched and tempered to achieve tensile strengths of 850–1000 MPa, providing structural components with the wear resistance needed for high-load applications.
Our quality assurance process includes non-destructive testing (NDT), radiographic examination, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) dimensional checks, ensuring every export shipment complies with all project specifications.
