What is Squeeze Casting?

Squeeze Casting, also known as liquid-metal forging, is a process by which molten metal solidifies under pressure within closed dies positioned between the plates of a hydraulic press. The applied pressure produces a pore-free fine-grain casting with mechanical properties approaching those of a wrought product.

Can we get free samples?
For stock items, we provide free samples for quality testing, provided the customer covers the freight cost. For customized samples, a new mould can be opened at the customer's expense.
What is the normal lead time?
Stock products are shipped within 1-7 days. For mass production, the typical lead time is 30-40 days, which may be longer if new moulds are required.
What shipping methods do you use?
Small trial orders are shipped via FEDEX, DHL, UPS, or TNT. Larger orders can be arranged by sea or air according to your requirements.
