We have complete hardware supporting facilities. Our hot-die forging press models range from 300T, 400T, 630T, 1000T, 1600T, 2500T, 4000T, to 8000T, suitable for producing products from 0.1 kg to 200 kg. Our cold forging department features 4 hydraulic presses for products from 0.01 kg to 20 kg. Materials handled include carbon steel, alloy steel, copper forgings, aluminum forgings, stainless steel, and titanium alloy.
Quality control equipment includes flaw detectors, hardness testers, spectrometers, metallographic analysis, tensile tests, and coordinate measuring instruments. With 20 years of experience, we offer customized OEM services, covering 3D modeling, mold design, forging, heat treatment, and machining.

What type of drawing files can you accept?
We can accept several different types of files: Pro/E, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORK, CAXA, UG.
How long does the mould can finish?
25-35 days, also depends on your customization needs.
What kind of the materials can be provided?
1) Product Materials: Various metal materials including ductile iron, grey iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, aluminum, copper, and other non-ferrous metals.
2) Finishing: Sand blasting, plating, hot-dip, painting, powder painting, positive electrode oxidization, polishing.
3) Customized according to requirements.
