Our copper-coated steel round wire adopts a special process of alloying with a molecular-level structure. The metal interfaces are completely combined, achieving a ductile connection between copper and steel. This increases the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of the finished product, in compliance with international standards and specifications.
Produced through a continuous casting process, high-purity copper (over 99.9%) is coated onto the steel core. The single-sided copper thickness reaches a minimum of 0.262mm. The service life ranges from 30 to 50 years with a tensile strength of ≥ 350 megapascals, featuring a smooth and shiny surface.
