Chemical & Mechanical Testing
We integrate chemical analysis at every critical stage: Incoming raw materials, molten metal process control, and final product certification. Mechanical property analysis includes yield testing, tensile strength, and elongation.

Metallographic Analysis: Evaluating internal structure, grain size, and phase distribution.
Hardness Testing: Brinell (HBW), Rockwell (HRB, HRC), and Vickers (HV).
Dimension & Appearance Inspection

Usually, based on your design drawings or original samples, we provide technical proposals and a quotation. Upon agreement, we proceed with production.

Q5: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Moulding takes about 3-5 weeks. Mass production normally takes 4-6 weeks depending on quantity and chosen techniques.
Q6: What is your payment term?
Moulds require full payment before opening. Mass production requires a 40% down payment, with the balance paid before shipment.
