Q4. What shipping methods do you use?

Normally, sea and train shipping are used for mass production. For samples, we utilize air shipments via DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, or EMS.

Q5. What packing materials are used for sea shipping?

We use European standard wooden pallets. Parts are individually packed in PE bags inside carton boxes for protection.

Q6. What communication methods are available?

We communicate in English and Chinese. Beyond email, we are available for video meetings and phone calls to discuss project details.
