Hot dip galvanized welded pipe is designed to create a metallurgical bond between the molten metal and the iron matrix. This process ensures a robust alloy layer, providing exceptional adhesion and structural integrity.
The manufacturing process begins with pickling to remove iron oxide from the steel surface. The pipes are then meticulously cleaned in specialized tanks containing aqueous solutions of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride. Finally, they are immersed in a hot-dip galvanizing tank. This method offers distinct advantages, including uniform coating coverage, high durability, and an extended service life.
We supply various types of hot-dipped galvanized steel pipes, including Type F, Type E, and Type S across Grade A and Grade B. Our products strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM A53, A500, A252, A795, BS1387-85, GB/T3091, ISO R65, and API 5L.
