Produced using the continuous galvanizing process, involving the immersion of rolled steel sheets in a molten zinc bath. This creates a durable layer of zinc adhering to the surface for superior protection.
Single-sided galvanized steel plates offer excellent adaptability for welding and coating. To overcome uncoated surface limitations, double-sided differential galvanized plates are also available.
Available in various surface finishes: ordinary zinc flakes, fine zinc flakes, smooth zinc flakes, and zinc-free surfaces. Products undergo rigorous bending tests to ensure no zinc layer detachment or base plate cracking occurs during processing.
Inner packing consists of waterproof paper, while outer packing uses galvanized steel or coated steel sheets with side guard plates, all secured by seven steel belts to ensure safety during sea transportation.
