Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is poured into a mold containing a hollow cavity of the desired shape and allowed to solidify. Multiple processes are offered including investment casting, sand casting, permanent casting, die casting, low pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Materials handled include steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals, with weight ranges from 0.01Kg to 150 tons.
Forging involves shaping metal using localized compressive forces. Services include open die forging, closed die forging, and ring forging for steel, iron, and non-ferrous materials. Components range from 0.1Kg up to 50,000Kgs.

Stamping (punching) places flat sheet metal in blank or coil form into a stamping press. With more than 60 sets of equipment, full processes are provided from blanking and stamping to welding and electrostatic spraying for automotive and industrial applications.
Fabrication of metal structures via cutting, bending, and assembling components through welding. Options include manual arc welding, laser welding, and robot welding. Inspection methods like UT, MPT, RT, and PT are available, along with WPS & PQR documentation.

Precision machining using CNC centers, boring, milling, and lathing. Facilities include over 60 precision machines and 300+ inspection instruments, including CMM with μm grade accuracy. Repeated tolerances can be maintained at 0.02mm.
Independent inspection services covering process, random, and pre-delivery stages. Tests include material analysis, mechanical properties, internal defects, dimensional accuracy, pressure, and surface treatment. Full quality documentation with photo and video reports is provided.
