Established in 1995, the facility is a fully integrated manufacturer of aluminum die casting, squeeze casting, CNC machining, and in-house tooling services.
A newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process has been patented. Unlike conventional castings, squeeze castings offer zero internal porosity and higher density, matching the mechanical properties of aluminum forgings.
High-quality and precise aluminum casting blanks are manufactured to comply with specific requirements, serving primarily North American and European markets.
This process effectively solves the problem of porosity defects in traditional aluminum castings. Since 2015, research and development have perfected this manufacturing base.
