Product Description

Stainless steel plate is an alloy material made from iron with the addition of chromium, nickel, and other elements. According to different compositions and uses, stainless steel sheet can be divided into many different types.

1. Chromium Stainless Steel Plate: Contains at least 10.5% chromium, forming a dense chromium oxide film for superior corrosion prevention. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical fields.

2. Nickel Stainless Steel Plate: Features high nickel content to improve corrosion resistance and toughness, providing better oxidation resistance for chemical and marine equipment.

3. Titanium Stainless Steel Plate: Includes titanium to enhance strength and wear resistance, ideal for aerospace and shipbuilding.

4. Aluminium Alloy Stainless Steel Plate: Contains aluminium to improve strength and high-temperature resistance, commonly used in automotive manufacturing and construction.

5. Titanium Composite Stainless Steel Plate: A compound material combining the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the strength of titanium metal.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the most common grades of stainless steel sheets?
The most widely used grades are 304 and 316. 304 is standard for general use, while 316 offers higher corrosion resistance, especially in chloride environments.
What surface finishes can I choose from?
Common finishes include 2B (cold rolled), BA (bright annealed), No.4 (brushed/satin), HL (hairline), and 8K (mirror finish).
What is the thickness range available for stainless steel plates?
Standard thicknesses range from 0.3mm to 3mm for cold-rolled sheets and up to 150mm for hot-rolled plates.
Are your stainless steel products certified?
Yes, all products comply with international standards such as AISI, ASTM, JIS, and DIN, and come with necessary certifications like ISO and RoHS.
Can stainless steel sheets be used in high-temperature environments?
Yes, specific grades like 310S and 309S are designed specifically for high-temperature applications due to their high chromium and nickel content.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples for standard material grades to help customers verify the quality before placing bulk orders.
